林酒店 服務.禮貌.態度，真是一級棒，生日來吃生日大餐，真是很棒的選擇

在週六中午過去森林百匯用餐，非常痛苦，可能有五百人同時用餐，室內只能一直聽到人聲跟轟隆聲音，雖然裝潢很美，但真的感覺不到高級餐廳的感覺，很像在路邊吃，但好險有冷氣。 餐點是不錯的，但是用餐人過多，很快桌上餐點很快就沒了，想要去拿，但也是一直排隊跟等待，兩個小時就到了，我個人覺得假日去不划算。 服務態度真的不覺得有訓練過，尤其是結帳櫃台人員，一開始去結帳，結帳動線完全不明，也沒有指引，上前詢問是否可以結帳，女生結帳人員非常冷淡，搞得很像是

購買電子票券48張，當員工獎勵，卻無法轉贈。酒店處理方式實在令人無法接受，當初有致電貴公司，說可以掃條碼就行，結果不行!!!
